How do I reposition the Suction Base?
1.) Rotate the lever upwards to unlock the suction cup. 2.) Check that both the surfaces of the suction cup and the substrate are free from dust and dirt. 3.) Re-apply the suction cup.
How much weight will the Suction Base hold?
The Suction Base is capable of supporting loads of up to 1.2kg through typical use cases.
Can the Suction Base be used in planes or helicopters? Are there any required certifications?
Yes, the Suction Base can be used in aviation applications, up to an altitude of 10,000 feet. Certifications are not required as the Suction Base is not a fixed device.
What activities / applications are NOT recommended for the Suction Base?
The Suction Base is not recommended for use on motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, or other high frequency engine vibration applications.
Are replacement / spare parts available for the Suction Base?
There are no spare parts available for the Suction Base. In case of damage, please reach out to our Customer Support team for assistance.
Does the Suction Base fit inside our Dash Pad?
No, the base is wider than the base of the Windscreen/Dash Mount and will not fit inside the Dash Pad.
What surfaces will the 360 Suction Base adhere to?
The Suction Base can be attached to a number of different flat and gently curved surfaces, however, it is not intended for severely curved surfaces (ie. <1m curvature radius).

Although possible, we do not recommend using the Suction Base on the following vehicles:
Clean the surface with a damp cloth and allow it to dry before attaching.
Ensure the mount position does not obstruct vehicle safety features such as airbags.
