This charger can drain your battery if not installed correctly. It's important that the Hardwired Waterproof Wireless Charging Head is connected to an ignition positive wire, as it will continue to draw power from the battery if connected directly to the battery or a steady positive wire.

If connected to the ignition positive wire of the vehicle, it will only draw power once the ignition is switched on.

Absolutely, this charger is suitable for motorcycles with no available USB Port or USB Power Supply.

However it's important that the charger is installed via the ignition positive wire and not the steady positive (directly to battery) so as to not drain the bike's battery.

The Quad Lock® 12V–24V Waterproof Wireless Charging Head is the hardwired version and works with phones that support wireless (Qi) charging and have a compatible Quad Lock® case.

• Phones must support wireless (Qi) charging.
• Phones without wireless charging (e.g., Galaxy A series models like A36) are not compatible.
• Pixel 9 series and Pixel 8a are not compatible with the 12V–24V Hardwired version.
• Newly released devices may not appear until confirmed through compatibility testing.

As a general reference, most phones charging wirelessly at around 8 to 10W can expect around 20 to 30% battery increase per hour in good conditions. If what you are seeing feels noticeably lower than this, it is worth considering a few things that commonly affect wireless charging speed: phone usage while charging, warm environments or direct sunlight, battery level above 70%, and the output of your power supply.
