Can I purchase the MAG head as part of a kit?
The MAG head, can be purchased within the 360 kit builder or separately along with all of our 360 compatible products.
Can I use the MAG Head with my original (non-MAG) Phone Case?
Unfortunately no, the MAG Heads do not contain a twist-to-lock-mechanism, only a magnetic attachment, so the original case isn't compatible with these.
Can I use the MAG Heads on my motorcycle mount?
No, whilst our MAG Heads can attach to our whole range of motorcycle, bicycle and 360 mounts, we don't suggest using them in any application where the phone may become damaged if it comes off the mount.
Our dual stage locking mounts (using a Lever Head or Weatherproof Wireless Charging Head) are still our most robust solution, providing a secure lock between case and mount.
Is a magnetic head included with car mounts?
No, car mounts come with a standard twist-lock head included.
Magnetic and wireless charging heads are not included, but all car mounts are 360-compatible, so you can easily purchase and attach one separately or add it when building your kit.
