Is the vivo X200 Pro MAG Case available in the USA or Canada?
No, the vivo X200 Pro MAG Case is not available for purchase in the USA or Canada.
Is the vivo X200 Pro MAG Case available in different colours or designs?
The vivo X200 Pro MAG Case is currently only available in Quad Lock Black with a Black MAG ring.
If you'd like to customise your case, you can purchase our coloured MAG rings separately.
Does the vivo X200 Pro MAG Case come with a screen protector?
No, the vivo X200 Pro MAG Case does not include a screen protector. Our screen protectors are available to purchase separately.
Is the vivo X200 Pro MAG Case compatible with non-MAG Quad Lock mounts?
Yes! The vivo X200 Pro MAG Case is compatible with both Quad Lock MAG and standard twist-lock mounts.
You can attach your case magnetically to Quad Lock MAG mounts or securely twist-lock it onto our standard locking, lever and 2-stage mounts.
Will the vivo X200 Pro MAG Case still support wireless charging despite the lower MAG ring placement?
Yes! The MAG ring and locking mechanism are positioned slightly lower than usual to accommodate the vivo X200 Pro's larger circular camera.
Despite this adjustment, the MAG ring still aligns with the phone's wireless charging coils, allowing you to charge your phone wirelessly as normal.
