If I buy a MAG Case can I use it with my existing non-MAG mounts?
Absolutely! Our MAG cases feature both a magnetic locking feature as well as the Quad Lock Twist-To-Lock mechanism.
Does the MAG Case Ring come in different colours?
Yes, you can replace the MAG ring with an alternate colour. In addition to the Quad Lock blue, we also have red, pink, green, black, and orange. You can purchase the Coloured MAG Rings here.
My 3rd party screen protector is lifting up on the sides when I install my Quad Lock case, why is this?
Quad Lock case is designed to completely cover the edges of your phone. Because the case needs to hold phones firmly over sometimes-bumpy surfaces this includes partial coverage at the front of the phone which can push into the edges of some screen protectors.
The good news is we have our own range of screen protectors for most of the phones that we provide cases for. These have around 1mm of clearance between the edge of the case and the phone's screen.

Can I use my MAG Case and MAG Head for outdoor use?
While you can use your MAG Case on our secure mounts, we do not recommend our MAG heads for outdoor usage. Doing so may lead to the damage or loss of your device.
Are MAG cases compatible with Apple's MagSafe range?
The magnets in our MAG will attach MagSafe accessories.
In regards to charging performance, Apple have changed the minimum distance the charging coils will connect from, meaning we cannot guarantee that your MagSafe charger will work in conjunction with our MAG cases.
If you are looking to charge wirelessly, we'd recommend our MAG charging heads, which are designed to be completely compatible with our cases.
I lost the magnetic ring from my case, can I buy a replacement?

Can I use my MAG case with a magnetic phone gimbal?
MAG cases are designed to work with the Quad Lock MAG range of accessories.
Third-party magnetic mounts may not offer the same level of security or reliability, as the connection might not be as precise or optimised for the case.
