For the alarm, the admin holds their fingerprint for 10 seconds until it beeps and the LEDs go purple, then the new person taps the sensor 10 times to enroll their finger. They can then arm and disarm.

No. Once a print is enrolled it can't be removed on its own. The only way to remove a print is a full factory reset, which wipes all of them.

First, dry and clean both the finger and the sensor if either is wet or dirty, and try again. If it still won't disarm, the customer can silence it through Find My: open the app, select the BAF, tap Play Sound and let it run for a few seconds — the alarm then disables.

No, and this is by design, not a fault. The Find My network doesn't push those alerts. The customer checks the device location manually in Find My. Worth saying plainly so they don't read it as broken.

It won't arm if it detects movement immediately after arming — it needs at least 3 seconds of stillness to arm successfully, and it keeps trying until it gets that. Again, expected behaviour, not a defect.

That's Apple's anti-stalking feature and it can't be turned off. When the BAF is away from its owner for a long stretch (roughly 6–24 hours) it beeps briefly when it detects movement, so a person it doesn't belong to knows it's there.

No, any finger works. The ring finger is recommended because it's easier to remember later and it's not a finger people use to arm and disarm every day, which avoids accidentally re-entering enrolment mode.

Re-enroll that same finger by adding it again as a new print. This works for user prints only, not the admin print.

No. Doing that disables the admin fingerprint entirely, and the only fix is a factory reset. Steer customers away from this.
