Cleaning/Maintenance Guidelines
To clean the bag, begin by emptying it completely and brushing off any loose dirt or debris.
For stains, gently wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and a mild, chemical-free soap. Follow this by wiping the area with a clean, damp cloth to remove any soap residue.
To dry, hang the bag upside down in a well-ventilated, cool area for several days. Please do not use a tumble dryer.
Does it have a dedicated laptop pocket, and what size laptop fits?
Yes, our backpack does have a dedicated laptop pocket, and fits MacBook and laptops up to 17″.
Is the backpack water-resistant or waterproof?
Our Backpack has a weather-resistant front panel and base.
When will my pre order ship?
Shipping for the Traverse Backpack and Travel Bundles will begin in early February.
Is the Traverse Backpack the same as the Thule Chasm Backpack?
The Traverse was designed in collaboration with Thule and draws inspiration from the Chasm backpack, including similar materials and overall design principles. However, it has been specifically developed for Quad Lock customers, with tailored features and functionality to suit our ecosystem.
