Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

We welcome customer feedback regarding our products and suggestions on how we may be able to improve or create new ones. However, Quad Lock's policy prevents the company or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, proposals, design, concepts, and the like, on a confidential basis or to agree to hold any information in confidence. In addition, Quad Lock cannot agree to provide any compensation for any such unsolicited submissions.

This policy is intended to avoid any misunderstandings if Quad Lock decides to use customer suggestions or ideas to improve its products or services, or if new Quad Lock products or services developed independently by Quad Lock include features or improvements that were also suggested by a customer.
