What is your return and warranty policy?

Return Policy

Change of mind returns can be arranged within 30 days from the purchase date. To arrange a return, please get in touch with out support team with your original order number and reason for the return. We will email you with details on where to send the returned item/s. Quad Lock will not cover the cost of return shipping.

Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s and the funds will be credited back to your original payment method. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot refund returns which we don't receive.


30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Annex Products are proud to offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee return policy on all purchases. If you purchase a product and don't like it, you have 30 days to arrange a return. Customers wishing to exercise their 30 Day Money Back Guarantee need to contact our Customer Support Team with their order number. Shipping costs are not refundable.



Annex Products warranty obligations for the product you have just purchased (the "Product") are limited to the terms set forth in this document. Annex Products warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period one (1) years from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period") when the Product is purchased through an authorized reseller. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Annex Products within the Warranty Period, at its option, Annex Products will repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product. Annex Products warrants repaired Products and replacement products provided hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period. If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the Product becomes Annex Products property. When a refund is given, the Product becomes Annex Products property.
