Which AirPods models do the Quad Lock AirPods cases fit?
We currently make cases for the following models of AirPods:
- AirPods Pro 1
- AirPods Pro 2
- AirPods Pro 3
- AirPods 4
- AirPods 4 (ANC)

What AirPods variants will the AirPods Pro 1/2 Case fit?
It fits both first and second-generation AirPods Pro.
Will the AirPods 4 / AirPods 4 ANC case fit AirPods (3rd gen)?
It fits both the standard AirPods 4 and AirPods 4 ANC. It won't fit AirPods (3rd generation), as these aren't listed as compatible with any of our AirPods cases.
Will the wireless charging alignment work with any AirPods?
Yes. The wireless charging alignment will work with any AirPods Pro or AirPods 4/4 ANC, regardless of whether the AirPods themselves have aligning magnets.
Is the AirPods Pro 3 Case compatible with the Apple Watch charger?
No. The Apple Watch charger is not compatible with the AirPods Pro 3 Case.
Why is the lid on my case not staying closed?
If the lid of your case is not staying closed, check that the adhesive strip inside the lid is securely attached to the top of your AirPods case. If the adhesive strip was missed during installation or hasn't fully adhered, the lid may not sit correctly and can prevent the case from closing properly.
To fix this, remove the case, ensure the surface is clean, and firmly press the adhesive strip into place on the top of your AirPods case before closing the lid again.
Will my 5th gen AirPods fit into my 4th gen case?
Yes, both generations are the same in dimensions
How do I reach the pairing (Bluetooth) button with the case on?
The case covers the pairing button or sensor on newer AirPods models, so you’ll need to remove it to pair your AirPods with a new device.
Can I buy replacement adhesive for my AirPods case?
We don’t currently sell replacement adhesive strips for our AirPods cases. If needed, you can use thin double-sided tape, such as 3M tape, purchased from another retailer.
