Information that will be required is:

• Your full name

• Your country or region

• Proof of eligibility 

All ID provided will be redacted once verified and our team will provide your discount code if eligible.

• Discount codes are for personal use only.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

Where to Enter Your Discount Code

Discount codes are applied during checkout:

1. Add items to your cart.

2. Proceed to checkout.

3. Enter your code in the Discount Code field.

4. If the discount does not appear in your order total, it has not been applied.

Discounts cannot normally be added after checkout is completed.

Didn’t Receive Your Newsletter Discount Code?

If you signed up but didn’t receive your email, try the following:

Step 1 — Check common email locations

• Spam or junk folder

• Promotions tab (Gmail)

• Deleted emails

Step 2 — Try signing up again

Enter your email again using the “Get 10% Off” signup form to resend the code.

Step 3 — Still not received?

Contact Customer Support and include:

Our team can help resend or provide a replacement code if needed.

I Forgot to Use My Discount Code

If you completed your order without applying your newsletter discount, please contact Customer Support.
Our team will review the order and confirm whether a discount adjustment is eligible.

Discount Code Not Working

A code may not apply for several reasons:

Common causes

• The code was entered incorrectly

• The code has already been used

• The code expired

• The code is limited to specific products or promotions

• Another discount is already applied

• Discounts cannot be combined

What to try

• Copy and paste the code directly from your email

• Remove any existing discount codes and try again

• Confirm you are using the correct email address

Can Multiple Discounts Be Used Together?

No. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, including:
