Reports of counterfeit Quad Lock products have increased recently. Some of these copies are easy to spot by the differences in design and material but others can be harder to identify.

The most reliable way to make sure you're getting the real thing is to buy directly from the Quad Lock website, our official Amazon or eBay store, or a reputable authorised reseller.

If you're purchasing outside our official channels, keep an eye out for the following:

• Price is significantly below our recommended retail price
• Non reputable marketplaces or sellers
• Photos or packaging looks inconsistent, used or damaged
