Is the Bottle Mount Dishwasher Safe?
Yes, it is, however, we recommend hand washing for the lid and chug cap.
Is the Bottle Mount BPA free?
Yes, the Bottle Mount is made from BPA free materials.
Can I put the Bottle Mount in the freezer to freeze my water?
The minimum temperature of the recommended temperature range is 1°C (33.8°F) so we would not recommend putting the Bottle Mount in your freezer.
Can I put ice in the Bottle Mount?
Yes, the chug cap is removable to create a larger opening so ice can be added to the Bottle Mount.
Can I put boiling water in the Bottle Mount?
No, the Maximum temperature recommended for the Bottle Mount is 85°C (185°F), so we would recommend waiting for the water to cool down before adding it to the Bottle Mount.

Why is the lid of my Bottle Mount not sitting flat?
The slight rise in the Bottle Mount's lid is due to the design of the friction hinge, which keeps your phone held in place, regardless of angle. This is an intentional choice, rather than a fault with the product.
If you want to level this out, this can be easily adjusted by applying pressure to the back of the hinge.
