Are all iPhone models available in MAG?
All iPhone models are available in MAG, except for the iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone XS Max.
Does the iPhone 16 Case have a cut out for the Capture Control button?
All of our iPhone 16 range cases feature a cut-out to allow full access to the Capture Control button just introduced on the new devices.
Does the iPhone 17 Case have a button cover for the Camera Control button?
Yes. All of our iPhone 17 cases feature a specially designed button cover that allows full use of the Camera Control button.
Is this case compatible with screen protectors?
Our cases are compatible with screen protectors that don’t extend edge to edge, such as the Quad Lock Screen Protector, which is specifically designed to leave enough space for the case to fit perfectly around your phone.
How easy is it to attach/detach the case from my iPhone?
Is this case waterproof?
Unfortunately no. Quad Lock cases are not waterproof, however using the Quad Lock Poncho will provide increased weather resistance as it provides better protection from light rain, dust and mud, but it is not waterproof. Please use your discretion when using Quad Lock in bad weather or muddy terrain. Most newer phones have a water resistance rating (Ingress Protection) and can be used in wet conditions without a waterproof case.
Is the MAG Case cutout tailored for the horizontal camera bar on Pro/Pro Max?
Yes, the MAG Case features a precisely engineered cutout that aligns seamlessly with the camera bar’s dimensions, ensuring unobstructed access to all lenses, sensors, and the flash module.
Are Quad Lock Original and MAG Cases compatible with Apple MagSafe and third-party wireless chargers?
Both Original and MAG cases support standard Qi wireless charging, but compatibility with Apple MagSafe and third-party wireless chargers can vary. Recent iPhone models use updated MagSafe charging protocols, which may affect how they interact with non-MagSafe-certified cases.
Because charger designs and iPhone behaviour differ, we cannot guarantee compatibility between our iPhone cases and any MagSafe or third-party wireless chargers.
