The tamper-resistant screws can only be installed or removed with the included tool, offering peace of mind. The kit includes various screw sizes for compatibility with multiple Quad Lock mounts across the Motorcycle, Cycle, and Quad Lock 360 range.

Can the tool be purchased separately?
No, the tool is only sold with the screw kit. We strongly recommend keeping this tool labelled, and in a safe place.
Are the tools for the screws individualised to each set?
No, the anti-theft screw kit shares the same tool across the range. So if you lose your L-tool, you'll still be replace the kit and remove your mount(s).
Is the head of the screw different to a normal screw?
Yes, the head has a different shape to interlock with the tool needed to unscrew the screws.
Are there any mounts not supported by the Anti-Theft Screw Kit, like the Brake Reservoir Mount?
The Anti-Theft Screw Kit isn’t compatible with:
Brake/Clutch Mount
Brake Reservoir Mount
Stem Cap Mount Adjustable
It isn’t recommended on these mounts, because it may not perform as well or may not work effectively:

What do the anti-theft screws do, and does the Anti-Theft Screw Kit fit my Fork Stem Mount?
The Anti-Theft Screw Kit's tamper-resistant screws have a custom drive profile designed to work only with the included tool, so they can only be installed or removed using that tool. Centrepin security adds extra protection to prevent tampering, and a thread nylon patch helps to prevent loosening due to vibrations.
The kit includes M5 x 20mm, M5 x 25mm and M5 x 50mm countersunk screws, the same sizes used on the Fork Stem Mount.
