Can I exchange my product?

 

In an effort to simplify and speed up the return process we don't offer an exchange service however you are welcome to return a product for a refund (as long as it meets the condition of our return-policy). This way you can purchase the correct product at your convenience. 

To begin this process please submit a request along with the following information:

  • Reason for return
  • Order number (or proof of purchase)
  • Photos of the product and packaging

PLEASE NOTE: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over return postage so are not responsible for products that go missing whilst in transit back to us. For this reason we recommend using a tracked service when returning products if you have concerns about your local postal service. Please advise tracking number if you return your order using a tracked service.

Once we have received and inspected the goods we will be in touch with further information.
