When do I get my shipping confirmation?

You will receive this as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch!

 

Timeframe: Orders are usually processed within one business day. Keep in mind if you placed your order on a Friday it may not be processed until the following Monday. 

Items on Backorder/Pre-Order: If you have ordered a product which is on backorder or pre-order, then your shipping confirmation will be sent once the product is in stock. Please check your order confirmation or the specific product page for details.

 

I haven't received a shipping confirmation yet:

This is most likely for one of the following reasons...

  • The confirmation email may have gone to your spam. Please check your spam/junk folder for an email from Quad Lock. 
  • Although unlikely, it's also possible you may have entered in your email address incorrectly. We're all human and we all make mistakes so if you have not received any order confirmation emails from us please get in touch.
