I have not received a shipping confirmation?

If you have not received a shipping confirmation it may be for one of the following reasons: 

  • Your order has not been processed/shipped yet. Orders are processed within one business day, however if you place an order on Friday it may not be be processed until the following Monday due to international time zone differences. 
  • You have ordered a product which is on back order or pre-order.
  • The confirmation email may have gone to your spam.
  • You may have entered in your email address incorrectly.
