I have not received a shipping confirmation?

Don't panic! If you have not received a shipping confirmation for your order it's most likely because of the one of the following reasons: 

  • Your order has not been processed/shipped yet. Orders are usually processed within one business day. Keep in mind if you placed your order on a Friday it may not be be processed until the following Monday. 
  • You may have ordered a product which is on back order or pre-order. Please check your order confirmation or the specific product page for details. 
  • The confirmation email may have gone to your spam. Please check your spam/junk folder for an email from Quad Lock. 
  • Although unlikely, it's also possible you may have entered in your email address incorrectly. We're all human and we all make mistakes so if you have not received any order confirmation emails from us please get in touch. 

If you have checked all of the above and are still don't have a shipping confirmation please submit a request
