Can I change my order?

Once you have placed your Quad Lock order, unfortunately we are unable to amend, change or cancel your order. Our ordering and fulfilment process is fully automated for a faster dispatch. 

 If you have made an error please contact our Customer Support Team via who can assist you with a return and refund.

Please ensure that you include your order number when contacting the Support Team.
