I have an issue/fault with my product

We pride ourselves on supplying high-quality products and provide a 12-month warranty on all of our products. However if you do have concerns with a product our support team are here to help.

To help us provide resolution as quickly as possible please provide the following with your support request.  

  • A copy of your Proof of Purchase or Quad Lock order number eq: QL-12345
  • Photo's and/or video's clearly identifying the fault 
  • Current address and telephone number

We will do our very best to provide a thorough and speedy response.
